Dreamscapes
Eastern Europe is a jewelbox of images.
It’s nature runs a palette of colour as rich and varied
as the region’s history and architecture. Dreamscapes
is a celebration of these vibrant images and their exotic
shades.
Let me take you to a baroque townscape,
pastel hued facades festooned with white reliefs, like scribbles
of icing sugar on gingerbreadhouses, baking in the sun.
A sun sitting in the blue yawn of an endless Prague sky.
Watch as pale first light pours onto a
dew laden field in Transylvania.
Feel the power of mighty steeples surging
into a regal purple sky reining over Istanbul
Rollin’ in Romania! A playful bounce
of birds whirl through a field of puffy clouds.
A little Slovak tree tells a turquoise
sky, “ I am a tree, strong, silent, brave and patient,
one day I will touch you”.
A most joyous sky, drenched, soaked, saturated
in sunshine. Yellow to the zenith degree, a rebirth, a new
day in Romania.
